That new UW computer science building that has backers, donors and prospective students oohing and ah-ing may have hit a programming glitch. Seems the Legislature didn’t provide the full $40 million the school sought in the capital budget. UW officials, trying not to complain, said they may go back next year with another request, or may defer maintenance to make up the budget shortfall, reports The Seattle Times.
