When the long-awaited legal-pot day finally arrived, Portland smokers wasted no time in getting publicly wasted. The Oregonian, which has been all over bud news, says hundreds of people crowded the downtown Burnside Bridge at midnight Wednesday to celebrate with a hit or two.
