            <p>King County residents from Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Everett, Lynnwood and more will have to find a new way to celebrate Fourth of July this year. Though some cities allow approved fireworks on the Fourth of July only, <a href="http://www.wsp.wa.gov/fire/docs/fireworks/ordinances.pdf?ref=avalancheghost.one">22 of 36 cities in King County</a> now have a complete ban on fireworks.</p><p>Due to budget cuts, the state no longer has an accurate way to trace the number of injuries and fires caused by fireworks, <a href="http://www.komonews.com/news/local/Firework-stands-open-June-28-as-state-uncertain-about-injury-trends-307486741.html?ref=avalancheghost.one">KOMO reports</a>. Authorities state that the majority of injuries still come from legal fireworks available through local firework stands. They also report that fire departments receive twice the number of calls on the Fourth of July.</p>
