Seattle Seahawks cornerback Walter Thurmond is out for four games after violating the NFL's substance abuse policies. His transgression is a little different than the team's previous suspensions for performance-enhancing drug use: Various reports indicate that Thurmond dabbled in some unspecified recreational substance.
