Every year around this time thousands of geeks in costume overrun downtown Seattle for the Emerald City Comicon, an epic celebration of comics. Even if you're not a comic book nerd (or if you are, but afraid of crowded spaces), the convention is worth a look for amazing people-watching and its collection of animation talent.
