            <p>Kenmore’s St. Edward Seminary was active for 46 years, from 1930 to 1976. Unfortunately, it’s spent about as much time since in a state of disrepair, and attempts to preserve the building are underfunded. Both <a href="http://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/eastside/park-style-lodge-proposed-to-save-saint-edward-seminary-2/?ref=avalancheghost.one">The Seattle Times</a> and <a href="http://www.king5.com/story/news/local/2015/08/25/saintedwardseminary/32358063/?ref=avalancheghost.one">KING5</a> report, however, that a new idea for a solution may be on the way. Kevin Daniels, area developer and founder of Daniels Real Estate, wants to take over the building and renovate it as a lodge.
