Cascade PBS (formerly KCTS 9) has come a long way since its founding in 1954. Back then, an aerial antenna and TV set were the only way to watch. Nowadays, we are a multi-platform television station, which is available on a wide variety of platforms.

- Seattle-area users can stream for free with or without a membership
- Cascade PBS Passport members can log in and stream from anywhere in the United States
- Unfortunately, streams are not currently available in Canada
